Steve has enjoyed over 20 years in the healthcare industry in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Most recently Steve worked with a leading search firm where he successfully led executive search mandates across several verticals within the Life Sciences sector and specialized in a wide variety of projects ranging from GM’s, VP’s, Senior Directors to individual contributor positions.

Steve is passionate about assisting organizations solve their most critical leadership challenges and developing long-lasting trusting relationships while tirelessly working with candidates to secure rewarding and challenging opportunities. His altruistic approach to partnering with clients and candidates alike best describes his recruitment style - Steve wants what is best for both parties.

Along with his partners at BridgeBright, Steve manages the global healthcare practice spanning work in all aspects of life sciences in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, medical technology, start up and digital health space.

Steve is fluently bilingual, having called Montreal home for most of his life, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University.

Away from work, Steve is active in the community, volunteering and coaching youth sports. Golf, travel, and time spent with family and friends are what Steve loves most.

Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector starting in pharmaceutical R&D, then branching into executive search, where he built and led a Life Sciences practice with a leading Canadian search firm.

Bryan has supported senior management to executive level search mandates for a variety of companies, from smaller venture-backed biotech to global pharmaceutical companies and has an extensive network within Canada and the US.

Bryan’s ability to critically assess a position through stakeholder interviews and through his understanding of the market allows him to identify and engage with the best talent available for even the toughest of search assignments. Additionally, through his honest and genuine approach, he is also recognized as a valued consultant and sounding board to hiring stakeholders and candidates alike.

Bryan holds a BSc. from Western University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Away from work Bryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and travel.

Mike Cloutier is an accomplished business leader and advisor with over 40 years in the Life Sciences sector. He is well respected for his leadership skills, business acumen, coaching and mentoring accomplishments. 

Over the past 25 years, Mike was General Manager, President and CEO of five major pharmaceutical firms and one Not for Profit organization, the Canadian Diabetes Association (now Diabetes Canada). 

In 2017, Mike founded a Canadian based global consulting practice, Accelera Canada Ltd.  Accelera Canada provided unique and unparalleled “one stop support” to US and European based biotech/pharmaceutical companies exploring commercial entry to Canada. In July of 2021, Accelera Canada was acquired by Eversana Life Sciences Services.

Over the past 4 years Mike has evolved a more entrepreneurial profile and engaged in the start-up of a number of Life Sciences related companies and has most recently invested in BridgeBright to provide advice and guidance to this exciting start up. His focus will be exclusively in recruitment and leadership.

With 30 years of experience in healthcare both with large multinational corporations and as an Entrepreneur, Christian is now a consultant for businesses in healthcare and other industries. He is an Independent Director and member of the Compliance & Compensation Committee on the Board of HLS Therapeutics and Director of the Operating Board of the Montreal Institute of Palliative Care.

Until June 2022 he was Partner and Executive Vice President of the Healthcare division at TANK Worldwide. He and his partners sold their business to WPP. He joined TANK in 2013 where he contributed to the exceptional growth of the communications company and to positioning TANK as one of the largest healthcare agencies in Canada and around the world. TANK now has over 350 employees distributed across its offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York and London. Before joining TANK in 2013, Christian spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Between 2008 and 2013, he was Vice President of Marketing for Pfizer in Canada.

Christian loves languages. Fluent in English and French, he is proficient in Italian and also has fun with Spanish and German. He is an avid golfer, cyclist and runner and in November 2018 he completed his 6th marathon in New York City.

Mirisa has more than 20 years in the Life Sciences sector. She has held diverse roles from sales and marketing to executive leadership. Most recently she was regional Chief Commercial Officer for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Mirisa has had a diverse international career that took her from Canada to Switzerland, Hungary and the United States. 

Her expertise spans 16 therapeutic areas with a proven track record of strategic growth initiatives, including spearheading a gene therapy unit's launch and driving innovative customer engagement models. As a dynamic and results-driven leader, she has built high-performance cultures globally, fostering collaboration and empowering over 1200 associates across 35 countries in Canada and Latin America. From leading regional marketing and sales strategy in Central and Eastern Europe in 32 countries to country management in Hungary, she has consistently delivered transformational results and exceeded expectations.

Mirisa leads the Advisory and Leadership Consulting practice at BridgeBright. She holds a Master of Business Administration from York University and has continuously honed her leadership skills, earning a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Capability from Glasgow Caledonian University. Away from work, Mirisa enjoys time with her family and friends, travelling and writing her first book on leadership and the power of human connection.
